A-to-Z Action Steps – “30 days to Security”

 
This actions to-do list has been designed to be manageable for most people
within no more than 3 to 5 hours per week, an average of 30 minutes per day.

It corresponds with and further explains the “100 Days to Freedom” Chart
on the allpaidforward.info web site. 

                             

WEEK 1   “Pre-Enrollment”  ( Days 1 to 7 )

 

            A ) Visit Allpaidforward.info Site - Read LOI (Letter of Intent) and submit via web-form 

            B ) See Affiliate Payment Proofs

             – Company 1 is Global Domains International (GDI) , an on-line registrar and web-hosting company that secured a special arrangement
            with the country assigned the Top Level Domain .WS , which conveniently happens to be the abbreviation for “Web-Site”  So the BillAlatis.ws
            domain web-site is the model for our individual domain-web-sites. 

            GDI has a public web-page with their “leader Board” showing top enrolling affiliates plus a list of those who have qualified for their $100 Fast-Start
            bonus by enrolling 5 new paying members (at $10 each) within any given week. 

            Click on the link to see a scanned check that Company 2  paid to one of our “upline” sponsors.  The on-line marketing education company Life
            Education And Prosperity, Inc (LEAP Inc) was founded over 11 years ago by Janet Wilson in Atlanta Georgia, with whom founder Bill Alatis has                             communicated directly over the years. The company became Empowerism a few years later.

            This comprises the heart of your understanding with your Benefactor who not only acts as a sponsor, making sure you have the information
            and guidance you need to succeed, but actually funds your entries into the companies affiliate programs, by reimbursing you within 24 hours
            of your credit card,  PayPal or AlertPay account being charged for your first month of service. 

            The Agreement distinguishes our organization from other affiliate groups.  It is a written contract outlining our expectations of each other –             benefactor-to-candidate and candidate- to-benefactor/sponsor.  Entering into a written and signed Agreement not only binds sponsor and 
  candidate  to perform as promised, but it helps to galvanize our individual resolve and puts us more in touch with our personal “backbone."

It also connects each of us with a channel of unseen energy, one that Goethe referenced when he wrote the following :

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back.
Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one
elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and
    splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then

  WEEK 2   “Due Diligence - Both Companies” ( Days 8 to 14 )

 

        (30-day challenge starts)                    

 

            To do’s

                     During Your Free Trial / Evaluation, read Company 1’s -  Terms and Conditions so as to be aware of and familiar with it

 

                    Funds Out : NONE ( You are not charged until 7 days after you sign up withour first Affiliated Company.  You are still evaluating our
                    program and doing your Due Diligence). 

                    Funds In : ZERO (Obviously no payment is due you at this point).
 

                    Scheduled Payments : NONE  -  (Obviously no payment is due you at this point)
 

                                                                                                          Duties: 

            D ) Establish Payment Processing accounts for reimbursements:

                IF you do not have both PayPal and AlertPay Accounts, you will register for your Free Account with each payment processor.
                These will be used to make it easy for your sponsor to reimburse you, and then for you in turn to reimburse your candidates
                via email payments.  ( NOTE for future reference: Both processing companies have upgrade options to Merchant Accounts
                for any who wish to sell separate products online.) 

                PayPal is owned by eBay and is their official payment processor for on-line auctions.  PayPal was the first company to emerge
                as a safe way to send small sums via email.

                PayPal accounts are not available to citizens of all countries, so we also use an alternative company which is open to citizens of
                additional countries, and allows us to reimburse our candidates who may not have access to PayPal.  PayPal no longer offers us
                referral fees, but they are widely-used and facilitate our reimbursement of our Candidates, as well as being easy for brand-new digital
                merchants to use to collect money for what they sell or auction on-line.

 

                AlertPay is the 2nd leading global email money transfer company. In addition, they offer a $10 referral fee for each new account
                that signs up under our unique affiliate links. You will send this link to people you invite, and if they don’t already have an
                AlertPay account, you will receive $10 into your own account when they sign-up and “verify” their account.

                This unadvertised bonus essentially nets you up to $50 to use to fund your Candidates’ entries into GDI. 

                Each company has a process which “verifies” that you are the owner of a checking account used to withdraw funds sent to you by others, 
                and to deposit into PayPal or AlertPay accounts so as to reimburse your Candidates. 

            E ) Verify Free PayPal / AlertPay –  follow their directions.  These will connect with your personal checking account. You must
                acknowledge emails from these companies and watch for small deposits of a few pennies which are deposited into your checking
                account by PayPal and AlertPay, respectively. 

            F ) Get a free eFAX account and Fax number, and download their eFAX Messenger software.
                You can receive faxes to this number and they will be scanned and the files attached to an email sent to you by the eFAX service. There
                is no cost to receive Faxes, but you would have to upgrade if you wanted to SEND faxes using the service (an you’d need a scanner
                for our purposes of capturing the signature).    

             G ) Familiarize yourself with the Payment Schedule "100 Days to Freedom" and Actions Schedule - this A-to-Z Actions List - “30 Days
                to Security” document.  

                These chart out the schedule of payments by Company 1, Global Domains International (GDI) and Company 2 - Empowerism. 

                Then, find your sponsor’s "Welcome" email and click on your sponsor’s GDI link.
 

             H)   Evaluate Programs (Services and Compensation Plans) of  Companies 1 + 2

 

                Visit Your Sponsor’s Company One site (see his or her e-mail for link).

                Each of the two companies have their own public introduction and video presentations, as well as a Terms and Conditions page.
                Before signing up make sure to review these for Company One.   

                Company One is Global Domains International – GDI – You will register for free at your sponsor’s site.  This reserves your           
                place on his or her front-line team. 

                (You are not charged until 7 days later.)

                Get Your Questions Answered  -  This is very important . Make sure to refer to the Q&A  (Questions and Answers) pages on the   
                AllPaidForward , GDI and Empowerism sites. 

             I ) Sign the Agreement (and forward to your Benefactor) by day 12 --  
                    a. Print out a copy of the Agreement. 
                    b. If by chance you have never met your sponsor in person, you should take it to a Notary Public, produce your identification,
                    and sign it in front of the notary.
                    c. Once it is signed, then FAX it to your sponsor’s eFax number, or scan the signed document and email the image or PDF back to
                    your sponsor.

              J )  Find your Benefactor/Sponsor’s "Welcome" email and click on your sponsor’s GDI link.
 

             K )  Sign Up  for a free GDI account and reserve your .WS domain (typically YourName.WS)   Your sponsor will help build a
                site like this one for you, and import a copy of this A-to-Z Action Steps list as your primary content onto your new web-site.

               Access Needed to your new account.  You’ll need to send your temporary log-in details back to your sponsor so he can replicate your site
                for you within the next day or so, with your unique Affiliate Numbers to replace his links.

               It only takes 5 to 15 minutes once he has your log-in information.  As soon as it’s complete, your sponsor will email you, and you
                can log back in and change your password.

            L )  PERSONAL INVITATIONS:  

            Once you have completed steps A through K above, then you will get ready to email your first 5 candidates.  

            Be thoughtful, and demonstrate to your Candidates that you gave serious consideration before inviting them.

            (1) To faciliate this, you can review your various email Address Books, beginning with any on your computer in the Outlook , Outlook
            Express, Mail or MSMail applications.  

            At first you can copy and paste addresses into a Text or Notepad file, (avoiding current company emails where you may currently
            be employed, of course) but including any private or personal emails you have collected, or names of social networking friends you're
            connected with. 

            (2) SUGGESTION:  Sort and rate your email list and separate into groups of 5, ranking each group in terms of your preference for working
            with them.             

            (3) Be prepared to follow through each day .  Note that folks you haven't communicated with in a while may have had changed circumstances,
            may be going  through personal issues, and may have otherwise changed from what you remember or expected.  Just in case there is any
            unexpected backlash or upsetting issue with anyone, you want to be prepared to take your next step and bypass those who did not see the
            value you are offering.

            (4) You can email your top 5 the first day after you sign your agreement and sign-up for Free with GDI.

            (5) The next day, be sure to alert them to look out for your email. Follow-up and leave word by phone, text or social site message  (like Facebook) with
            those 5.  That's enough.  This has to be very manageable for everyone, whether we're working two jobs already, have full-time caretaker responsiblities, or                 whatever. 

                (6) You can email 5 more invitations per day thereafter the rest of the week.

            GDI also has a convenient contact portal in your back-office which connects with your address books for your on-line email accounts like
            Gmail, Yahoo, MSN/Hotmail, etc. as well as your Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter account contacts.  

            But don’t use their actual email service yet . . . It's a little "too convenient" - - and athough your prospects would see GDI's presentation, 
            they would not yet have been exposed to our Inner Core System's Unique Value Proposition  which is to FUND their entry and provide a
            system of agreements and support not available through GDI directly.  

            This is what is working so well.  Many candidates who might not otherwise be attracted to these program ultimately see the value added by our                                    System and its potential to help more people succeed than standard, haphazard on-line marketing . 

            Send your Contacts our AllPaidForward / Inner Core email invitations first.  

                         Keep doing this until you start seeing responses and/or LOI notices from allpaidforward.info

             When you have a response email, or an actual notice that they have submitted your LOI, then you can enter each one manually and 
             send them the GDI link and presentation as well.

             Again, you can however use GDI’s service to refresh your memory and think of who you want to invite.
            

            If you stick to the schedule per your Agreement, you should have 5 or more free GDI team-members enrolled within a few days,  
            involved in their own process.  

            M )  Completing Your Team and Your Agreement  


                Reality-Check -  Clearly, not not everyone who submits the LOI will necessarily enroll at your GDI site.  Not everyone who enrolls will
             sign the Agreement, although most who sign the Agreement will usually at least enroll for free.  

             Remember that this system is designed to give your contacts an opportunity to evaluate our opportunity for themselves, and it must be
             presented so as not to risk your affinity with them.

             It's an invitation that ought to be given wholeheartedly and yet with neither judgement nor any negative consequence, personally, should they
             choose not to go ahead and join us.   

             If they don't the door ought to remain open for them to join under one of your team members at a later time, just not with you directly (unless
             you begin a new Team down the road, which is not our current discussion.)

             Not everyone therefore, who even signs the Agreement will stay with GDI more than 7 days.  Everyone has Agreed to enroll and may cancel
             by the 7th day and fully maintain their integrity with you.

            Your agreement is will be to invite, enroll and fund 5 of them. 
           
            Therefore each of us must be clear that once 5 GDI team members have enrolled and subsequently have been charged, you are under
             no further obligation to fund any more Candidates in GDI .

             During your Enrollment process, you should email and explain to any who sign up after your first 5 have completed their evaluations, and
             been charged during that second week (qualifying you for your $100 bonus), that your initial team is complete.                


            NOTE :  Company One and Two's Compensation Plans:
                Get a passing understanding of the terms Matrix and Forced Matrix.  Variations of the matrix compensation plan are how we are
                paid to build an organization of affiliates for each company. 

       

            In the case of Global Domains International (GDI) – a “leg” is formed under each of your front-line team members. 
            In theory you could have many more than 5 front-lin enrollments.  

      




WEEK 3    “Program 1  - You're Enrolled !”  - ( Days 15 to 21 )

 
7 days after you enrolled with GDI, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged $10,
and you will be reimbursed by
your Benefactor (who is now your new GDI sponsor) within 24 hours.

                         The following week those who have signed the Agreement may go on to register for Empowerism and pay $30 each. 

 

        M)  If you haven’t yet, explore your sponsor’s Empowerism site.  View their video presentation and compensation plan and   
                Terms and Conditions.

        N )  This is your week to enroll, so you sign-up with Empowerism under the link of your Benefactor, (who is also now
            your GDI sponsor), who again reimburses you ($30 this time)

 

        Empowerism incorporates a true Forced Matrix.  Essentially, this means that anyone who signs up under your uniquely-assigned link
        will be placed into the matrix in order.  In the case of Empowerism, only 3 of your candidates will appear on your “front line.” 

         Incidentally, only 3 enrollments members per candidate  are required to complete the Matrix down to 9 levels.

        This also qualifies each of us to be paid a $75 fast-start bonus by Empowerism the following week.   In addition their “Get 3 and it’s Free”   
        plan pays us $30 per month, which offsets our monthly $25 cost of membership.

        The 4th and 5th team-members will automatically be assigned to one of your first 3 Candidates who sign up with Empowerism, although you
        can re-assign them during their first 30 days. 

         This automatic assignment is called “spillover.”

 
       O )  As you receive emails stating that your invited candidates have competed their 7 day GDI trials and have been
        charged $10 by GDI, you will log-in to your PayPal or AlertPay account and send them each $10 via email.
