MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the All Paid Forward dot COM and dot INFO sites is:

I.  To provide "Paid Forward" funding to financially empower individuals seeking an alternative to supplemental, part-time employment, and a potential replacement for full-time employment.

         and . . .

II.  To fully-realize the Pay-It-Forward concept in the form of a practical, manageable and reliable system, via The Un-Business Method.

        And specifically . . .

III.  To make good on the promises of our Guaranteed Contract - to assure each committed Contractor is paid the equivalent of over $100 per hour of assigned work for 15 hours of focused effort, and to have earned a bare minimum of $1500 for that effort within 180 days.

PREMISE:

Such a system, with clear agreements between the participants, and automated monitoring and reporting of results produced, makes the cycle of effective good deeds that are promised to be Paid Forward  FAR more likely to be carried-out, and thus to spread as envisioned.

WHY THE UN-BUSINESS?

For most adults of working age, starting and managing a full-fledged, profitable BUSINESS is impractical.

The odds are against most working adults ever applying themselves part-time, and earning enough income (for example, through "Information Marketing" online) to even rival what they could have made, had they simply taken on a part-time job to supplement their income.

It is much more likely for a regular working adult to be able to follow a schedule that can be fit into his or her busy life, and leverage that time and a bare minimum of funds . . . (read more) "

Several Pay It Forward references and Benefactoring Explanation:

NOTE: This is neither a forum nor part of any debate about the quality or supposed merits of any artistic efforts, nor of the value of their underlying concepts or any implied philosophy.  The authors of this web site do not care to venture any opinion of the relative merits or failures of either the book nor the movie cited below.

We avoid any personal judgment of supposed merits or failures of the story-lines of any related books or films, the acting, or even the ideology or any morality supposedly implied, nor which might be interpreted by any individual reader or viewer of these works. Rather, they are cited as popular interpretations of a concept which appears , per Wikipedia, as early as classical Greek drama.

The trailer from the movie Pay It Forward (excerpted here only for illustration and reference)
shows the protagonist's diagram growing as a series of chalk-marks on a blackboard,
as he explains his idea to his classmates:

"That's me. And that's 3 people. And I'm going to help them.  It has to be
something important, something they can't  do for themselves."

He goes on to say that rather than "paying him back," they promise they will Pay it Forward to 3 other people.

"It grows really fast," as Trevor envisions.

Mr. St. Claire, the middle-school social studies teacher who gave the assignment, after doubtful and derisive muttering amongst the students, comments, "Well, Trevor, the class seems to think you've come up with an overly-Utopian idea."

But we assert it is the Promise involved that proves to be the remarkable force in the realization of Trevor's dream.

From an interview with the author of the novel Pay It Forward Catherine Ryan Hyde :

"...The driving force of the "Pay It Forward" concept is that the idea multiplies out, exponentially, to more and more people, touching their lives, either directly or indirectly. Because this is an idea that can affect everyone on the Planet, I am hopeful that everyone who reads this book will see him or herself in its pages."

The authors of this web site have questioned whether human beings, at their weakest, should responsibly be relied upon to fulfill any such personal promise, and if they do, how and within what time-frame it might be measured.

DISTINCTIONS:

What we have devised is a short-term, practical exercise in accountability.  Integrated in this exercise are the elements of synergy within the common promise to help others amongst our members to achieve a specific, agreed-upon goal.  At a high level it is designed (and at least intended) to foster a culture of like-minded participants, although that is a speculation at the onset of the exercise, as of this writing.

Duplication is a matter of Agreement between the person who introduces a Candidate and "pays their way" to start the Course - that the Candidate will do everything possible to do the same for others within the agreed-upon time-frame.

Enrollment is structured so that it falls on the same week,  prior to which prospective Candidates have been organized, qualified and introduced to committed Candidates, who become Benefactors.

It they fall short, the non-judgmental support of the mentor/benefactor encourages re-commitment of each candidate.

Introductions to new prospects may be forwarded from Benefactors and Administrators until such time as  3 to 5 Candidates have enrolled and contracted with their team members, and a minimum of  3 of those members in turn have joined two of our  affiliated companies as both customers, and affiliates.

In order to stay on schedule, a Benefactor's surplus Candidates (who agree after their Benefactor's initial team of 5 enrolled Candidates is complete) are introduced to their Team Members who do not have 5 agreed enrollments in place.

Finally, remaining team positions are offered to a supplemental waiting list of prospective Global Candidates, who have not been given course or company details or specific enrollment links, and who have not yet been invited to join a specific team.

Background:

* From the Pay It Forward Wikipedia article

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The mathematician Paul Erdos, in one of his visits to Harvard University, met a promising math student on the verge of expulsion for inability to pay his tuition. Erdos paid the young man's tuition in full. Years later, the man offered to return the entire amount to Erdos, but Erdos insisted that the man rather find another student in his situation, and give the tuition to him                                                                                                                                                                           ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the spirit and ongoing tradition behind The Inner Core Unbusiness, our All-Paid-Forward System.  We "pay forward" the cost of each new candidate's registration and first month of service.

We may invite any friends or family members, acquaintancesand current or former business contacts that we feel have been reliable, and with whom we think we could work well (at least for this short 30-day time-frame) . . .

This makes it possible for interested candidates to be exposed to the business, our methods and our support system.

If you will allow us to pay for your introduction, we ask that you do the same for 5 others - pay their $10.00 + (for a minimum of 3 of the team-members) $30.00 start-up costs , and offer moral and practical support to their studies and contract duties for 4 weeks.

        Some principles at work here:

The psychology of the person approached, when we are giving something away tends to be less resistant  than when we are trying to sell the same product or service.

- We are naturally more willing to fulfill a request from someone who has done something for us  (Law of Reciprocity ).

- We are also more likely to make sincere promises to one who has contributed to us, to be responsible about and own those promises, and to willingly report and remain communicative and accountable for our promises to such a person.

- A sub-system in place:  If a short-term promise given for the for the day's  or week's goal is not kept, a non-judgmental interaction between Benefactor and Candidate can "set the ship back on course."

Several small commitments can collectively gain in strength, and help to grow one's own self-confidence and personal power.

- Keeping small, manageable promises tends to lead to larger commitments

BENEFACTORING is a recent internet network-marketing or MLM term which refers to a sponsor being willing to pay for the entry fee or start-up cost of his or her front-line of distributors in a multi-tiered affiliate program.

"Benefactoring" and "Paying It Forward" is a trend which began a few years ago amongst some low-cost on-line programs, and that I felt was a "step in the right direction," in an industry that has resulted in the disillusionment of thousands of hopeful home-based business entrepreneurs over the past several decades.

Breakthroughs in compensation and product delivery have begun to remove many of the "negatives" from the industry.  If one is to "sponsor" another into any kind of MLM program, my personal feeling is that one should be willing to assume the lion-share of the risk for their "front-line" recruits, including not only moral support, but a formal system of accountability and finally, a financial commitment to each person looking at the opportunity.

Thank you for visiting and reviewing this website.  Your attention honors me and my fellow Benefactors.  We hope you will take the opportunity to join us and spread the word about this practical application of the Pay It Forward concept.

Sincerely,

Admin and Founder of the Inner Core Un-Business System
